Welcome to the Color Fusers October Blog Hop! This month we have a fun colour challenge and after some searching through my stash for all the green things, this is the card I came up with.

The die that creates this beautiful leaf design is from the Amber Autumn Dies and it is a showstopper! I wish gold foil was easier to photograph, but I couldn't resist adding this big pop of gold to the card. The Designer Series Paper behind the die is from the Elegant Pine Snowflakes pack, and even though that is a winter-themed collection, it worked perfectly for my card.
The acorn dies are from a Paper Pumpkin set called Circle Of Season, but unfortunately that one is sold out now. A good substitution would be the stamped image from Amber Autumn that has acorns and leaves. I used some two-tone Pecan Pie cardstock to create my acorns, which means I was able to die cut both sides to get two shades of the same colour, plus sand it a little to expose the white core of the paper. That two-tone cardstock is just so flexible to work with and gives me so many options!
I added some extra texture to this card using the Irregular Weave Trim and Mossy Meadow & Gold ribbon. Stampin' Up has so many beautiful ribbons and trims, so I'm doing my best to incorporate them into my projects. The added texture is just amazing!

Now it's time to head over to Bonnie's blog and see the wonderful card she has to share!
