Welcome to the July Color Fusers Blog Hop! Our challenge this month is to use Smoky Slate, Cherry Cobbler and Night Of Navy. What a striking combination!

For my card, I decided to use the Beautiful Blues Card Kit from Stampin' Up as my base. This kit includes Night Of Navy and white, so that made it simple to pull in the remaining two colours needed for this challenge.
If you haven't seen this kit, have a look at the bottom of this post. It's truly stunning!
I used one of the card bases, cut off the front, die cut it with a hexagon from the Meant To Bee Dies, and then adhered it onto some Cherry Cobbler cardstock.

I kept the middle hexagon that was cut out, and stacked several more hexagon die cuts underneath to give it some height and keep it super sturdy for mailing. After adhering that hexagon to the card front, I wrapped around some Silver & White ribbon (from the Last Chance section of the website), and tied with a bow on the front of my card.

Then I used three different leaf dies from the Layers Of Beauty Bundle to die cut white and Smoky Slate leaves. I had to fit in that grey somewhere! To finish it off I stamped a sentiment from Layers Of Beauty in Cherry Cobbler ink onto one of the sentiment spots from the card kit.
Now it's time to hop along to your next stop and see what beautiful creation Heather Thomas has for you!
