Chelsey is a memory keeper, papercrafter and Close to my Heart Maker. She enjoys a wide variety of creative pursuits including  art journaling, cardmaking, scrapbooking, stitching on paper and colouring with several mediums including watercolour, Copic markers and coloured pencils.  Chelsey has a passion for making papercrafting accessible to everyone, sharing the joy and freedom that being creative brings. Her other major passion is memory keeping, documenting and preserving stories and photos through scrapbooking.

Chelsey shares her love for Close to my Heart papercrafting products with her students and customers through monthly clubs, kits, YouTube videos and online classes. She has been able to earn several incentive trips to tropical destinations as well as earning the top spot for the highest personal sales in Canada.

Chelsey is also a member of the Creative Design Team. This group of creative women post monthly YouTube videos, host an annual 31 Days of Christmas Cards class and run a monthly Membership group where she helps to teach deep dive classes focused on scrapbooking and cardmaking techniques.

 

Living in Sylvan Lake, Alberta with her husband, daughter and mini Dachshund Frankie, Chelsey is inspired by all the natural beauty and often uses flowers, trees and butterfly motifs in her work. Never afraid of bright colours, she often incorporates bold tones and a splash of shimmer into her projects.
